Dr. Nguyen chose AdventHealth East Orlando because of the tight knit environment and relationships that the members of the ambulatory care pharmacy department share. This year she is looking forward to learning from her colleagues and sharpening her skills in precepting and managing patients who are on anticoagulation therapy. When she's not at the hospital, Dr. Nguyen enjoys doing calligraphy, trying foods from different cultures, and watching shows. Being new to the Orlando area, she is eager to visit all farmers markets and explore fun things to do on the weekends in Orlando and the surrounding areas. Upon completion of residency, Dr. Nguyen plans to work in a primary care setting where she can provide underserved populations the knowledge and resources that they need to achieve their health goals.
