Dr. Nguyen chose AdventHealth East Orlando because of the family vibe and welcoming atmosphere during her interview. Additionally, the opportunity to enhance her existing knowledge on diabetes management as well as developing new skills and knowledge in other service lines. This year she is looking forward to building her clinical and self-confidence as a pharmacist working in multiple services in the ambulatory care setting and practicing her precepting skills. Dr. Nguyen enjoys spending time with her two cats, Milo and Onyx, watching TV shows, and learning how to cook. Being new to the Orlando area, she is excited to frequent Disney World and visit as many beaches as she can. Upon completion of residency, she plans to obtain board certification in ambulatory care, work in an academic primary care clinic managing chronic disease states and serving the underserved patient population while precepting student pharmacists and residents.

Dr. Certain chose AdventHealth Orlando because of their mission statement and the opportunities for growth and professional development. Taylor's looking forward to connecting with patients and expanding her clinical knowledge. Taylor enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and trying new restaurants, and going to museums. Taylor is not new to the Orlando area but she is looking forward to visiting Volcano Bay and other local attractions. Taylor's post-residency career goals include securing a job as an Ambulatory Care Pharmacist and passing the board certification.
