Dr. Kristen Prince received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from University of Florida College in 2019. After graduation, she completed both an ASHP-accredited pharmacy practice residency (PGY1) and Ambulatory Care Specialty residency (PGY2) at AdventHealth East Orlando. In 2021, Dr. Prince joined AdventHealth East Orlando as an ambulatory care pharmacist. Her clinical practice responsibilities include anticoagulation management, transitions of care, family medicine and population health.

Lindsay Celauro, PharmD, BCACP

Learning Experience: Ambulatory Care
Dr. Celauro is the lead PGY1 Ambulatory Care Preceptor. She completed an ambulatory care focused PGY1 residency at AdventHealth Celebration in 2013 and has experience in anticoagulation management, transitions of care, pharmacogenomics, and perioperative medication management. She previously served as the APPE student coordinator at AdventHealth Celebration. She currently precepts PGY2 ambulatory care experiences in family medicine and population health. Given her commitment and dedication to pharmacy residents, Dr. Celauro was recognized as the AdventHealth East Orlando PGY1 Residency Preceptor of the Year in 2020.

Amber Beals, PharmD, BCACP
Clinical Staff Pharmacist
Learning Experience: Ambulatory Care
Dr. Amber Beals serves as the primary student preceptor, supporting PGY2 preceptor and supporting PGY1 preceptor in the ambulatory care clinic. She completed a PGY1 residency at AdventHealth Celebration. Dr. Beals has a passion for teaching and was awarded University of Florida’s Distinguished Outpatient Preceptor of the Year award in 2020. During her fifteen-year career with AdventHealth, Dr. Beals has worked in various ambulatory care niches including executive wellness, large scale employee health screenings, lipid clinic, smoking cessation clinic, CE grant writing, anticoagulation management and transition of care services. Currently, she is serving as the chair for the AdventHealth Pharmacy Expert Panel (PEP) in Ambulatory Care which focuses on best practices and system-wide initiatives. Dr. Beals has been a long-time member of the American Pharmacist Association (APhA) and has served in various capacities at the regional and national levels. She is currently serving on the Florida Society of Health-System Pharmacist (FSHP) Ambulatory Care Council.

Raquel Caporella, PharmD, BCACP
Clinical Staff Pharmacist
Learning experience: Ambulatory Care
Dr. Raquel Caporella serves as one of the PGY2 preceptors at AdventHealth East. She completed an ambulatory care focused PGY1 residency at AdventHealth Celebration in 2016 and has experience in anticoagulation management and transitions of care. She previously served as a primary preceptor for residents and students at AdventHealth Altamonte. She was recognized as the AdventHealth Altamonte Springs PGY1 Residency Preceptor of the Year in 2019. She served as lead pharmacist at the transitional care clinic at AdventHealth Altamonte Springs where she had the opportunity to work with an interdisciplinary team of nurse practitioners, respiratory therapists and medical assistants to provide medication therapy management services to the underserved population and patients who are newly discharged from the hospital. Additionally, she has experience working as a clinical staff pharmacist in the inpatient setting performing discharge medication reviews. Her previous research experiences involved quality improvement projects focusing on improving patient outcomes for diabetic patients by performing pharmacy driven follow up phone calls. She is excited to join the East Orlando team and looking forward to continue to promote pharmacy services. Her areas of interest are diabetes, COPD/asthma and transitions of care.
