Dr. Elmore chose AdventHealth because everyone she met made her feel welcomed and genuinely cared for. Her PGY-1 experience at AdventHealth made her eager to stay on with the team to continue her training. Hannah is looking forward to continuing the patient connections she has been created fostered throughout the last year. She is excited to expand her critical thinking and precepting skills to help foster the next generation of pharmacists. Hannah enjoys playing pickleball, reading, and soaking up the sunshine at the beach. Hannah’s career goals post-residency are to obtain a clinical pharmacist position in a diabetes, primary care, or heart failure clinic.
