Dr. Raechel Lozano is a Board-Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist and the PGY-2 Residency Program Director at AdventHealth Celebration. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy with honors from Ohio Northern University Rudolph H. Raabe College of Pharmacy. She completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency Program at Mercy Health-St. Charles Hospital in Toledo, Ohio. While at St. Charles Hospital, she started a new diabetes clinic and received her teaching certificate through Ohio Northern University. Dr. Lozano then moved to Florida to complete a PGY-2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency at AdventHealth Celebration. After the completion of her post-graduate training, Dr. Lozano was hired as a full time Ambulatory Care Pharmacist at AdventHealth Celebration. In addition to managing various outpatient clinics (including diabetes, anticoagulation, medication management, transitions of care, preventative health & wellness, geriatric care, and population health), Dr. Lozano serves as the Continuing Education Coordinator, Research Lead, and as a preceptor & mentor for residents and rotational students at AdventHealth Celebration.
