Dr. Finley is an Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacist at AdventHealth Celebration. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy from Harrison School of Pharmacy at Auburn University. She went on to complete her PGY1 Pharmacy Residency and teaching certificate here at AdventHealth Celebration. After residency completion, Dr. Finley was hired on as an Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacist at Celebration and became board-certified in Ambulatory Care. Dr. Finley was later offered a position to be the first Clinical Pharmacist embedded in a multi-specialty physician practice with Northside Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. She accepted the position and went on to establish services for the practice such as Diabetes Management, Anticoagulation Management, and an in-office IV infusion suite for Rheumatoid Arthritis patients. She was happy to rejoin the team at Celebration to start the Diabetes Clinic and is currently a preceptor for the PGY1 and PGY2 residents and rotational students. Dr. Finley feels blessed to have found her niche in Ambulatory Care Pharmacy. She loves taking care of her patients and empowering them to take better care of themselves. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, going to the beach, and spending time with family and friends.
Raechel Moore, PharmD, BCACP

Dr. Raechel Moore is a Board-Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist at AdventHealth Celebration. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy with honors from Ohio Northern University Rudolph H. Raabe College of Pharmacy. She completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency Program at Mercy Health-St. Charles Hospital in Toledo, Ohio. While at St. Charles Hospital, she started a new diabetes clinic and received her Residency Teaching Certificate through Ohio Northern University. Dr. Moore then moved to Florida to complete a PGY-2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency at AdventHealth Celebration. Her research in diabetes was awarded the Florida Society of Health System Pharmacists Best Practice Award in 2020, as well as a publication in the American Journal of Health System Pharmacists in 2019. After the completion of her post-graduate training, Dr. Moore was hired as a full time Ambulatory Care Pharmacist at AdventHealth Celebration. In addition to managing various outpatient clinics (including diabetes, anticoagulation, medication management, bariatric, transitions of care, preventative health/wellness, and surgical preparedness), Dr. Moore serves as the Continuing Education Coordinator, Quality Improvement Committee Lead, and preceptor/mentor for residents and rotational students at AdventHealth Celebration. Outside of her career, Dr. Moore enjoys working out, running with her dog, going to the beach, volunteering in the Children's Ministry at her church and spending time with friends and family.
Shruti Thompson, PharmD

Dr. Thompson is a clinical staff pharmacist at AdventHealth Celebration. Shruti was born in raised in Orlando and received her bachelor’s in molecular and microbiology at the University of Central Florida. She then went on to receive her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University and followed that with an ambulatory care focused PGY-1 residency here at AdventHealth Celebration. Shruti is currently working on receiving her board certification in pharmacotherapy with a strong interest in infectious disease with hopes to obtain her stewardship certification from the Society of Infectious Disease Pharmacists in the near future. She is devoted to quality patient care and helping students and residents fall in love with the profession and finding their passion as others once did for her. In her spare time, Shruti loves spending her time working on DIY projects for her home and writing about it in her personal lifestyle blog on social media.
Laura Chen, PharmD, BCACP

Dr. Laura Chen is an Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacist at AdventHealth Celebration. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University at Buffalo School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. She went on to complete her PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency with an ambulatory care focus and teaching certificate here at AdventHealth Celebration. She then completed her PGY-2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency and advanced teaching certificate at Buffalo Medical Group/University at Buffalo School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. After her post-graduate training, Dr. Chen was hired on as an Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacist at Celebration. She is passionate about Ambulatory Care and is driven by the bonds she creates with her patients to help them manage their healthcare goals and needs. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the beach, working out, spending time with family & friends, trying new restaurants, and home improvement projects.
John Handshaw, PharmD

Dr. Handshaw is an Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacist at AdventHealth Celebration. He received his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Rhode Island in 2019. Since then, he has spent time working as retail pharmacist, completed a PGY-1 residency at Inspira Health in 2021, and completed a PGY-2 residency in Ambulatory Care at AdventHealth East Orlando in 2022. Upon completion of his PGY-2 residency, Dr. Handshaw was hired on with the AdventHealth Celebration team as a Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacist. Dr. Handshaw's professional interests include diabetes, cardiology, polypharmacy, and precepting pharmacy students and residents. Outside of work, Dr. Handshaw enjoys going to the beach, playing golf, hanging out with friends, and watching sports.
