AdventHealth Medical Group is pleased to announce that Family Nurse Practitioner, Tiffany Robertson, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, has joined our team at AdventHealth Multispecialty Clinic Foothills* in Polk County. She is welcoming new patients and expanding access to compassionate, whole-person primary care in our community.
Robertson is no stranger to AdventHealth Polk, formerly St. Luke’s Hospital. She cared for patients as a member of the nursing team at the hospital from 2021 to 2024. It is exciting to welcome her back to the team as a Family Nurse Practitioner. brings a heartfelt commitment to making high-quality, whole-person primary care more accessible for individuals and families close to home.
Robertson’s deep connections within Polk County and her experience caring for patients across acute, post-acute, primary care and hospice settings reflect her dedication to helping people feel supported in body, mind and spirit.
“I believe in meeting people where they are and really listening to what matters most to them,” Robertson shared. “When we understand a person’s goals and values, we can walk beside them and build a care plan that helps them feel whole.”
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Robertson will provide preventive care, chronic disease management, and holistic, patient-centered primary care for all ages. Her approach is grounded in partnership — co-creating realistic, compassionate plans with each patient and ensuring they feel seen, heard and supported.
Robertson earned her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University and is board-certified as an FNP-C. Her decade of nursing experience includes acute care, hospice, rehabilitation, case management and primary care, where she has built a reputation for empathy, collaboration and strong clinical judgment.
Her decision to join AdventHealth is deeply personal. “This is my community, and it has always been my goal to serve here,” she said. “AdventHealth’s focus on whole-person care aligns with who I am as a provider. I’m grateful for the opportunity to care for my neighbors with the compassion and respect they deserve.”
This addition to the primary care team is part of AdventHealth’s ongoing commitment to expand access to patient-centered, faith-based care across rural communities in Western North Carolina.
