Every October, our AdventHealth community comes together in a sea of pink to bring hope, healing and inspiration to breast cancer survivors and their families. AdventHealth Foundation is so grateful for every donor who supports this important cause.
One of our partners has adopted an incredible mission – to make a difference in the lives of breast cancer patients. Market Traders Institute (MTI) has been a long-term supporter of AdventHealth Hospital. A leader in trading technologies and investor education, Market Traders Institute created an annual fundraising campaign designed to help AdventHealth in diagnosing and treating breast cancer throughout Central Florida. In addition to company donations, MTI employees make donations to support the cause through various year-round events, including at PinkOut.com throughout the month of October.
Founder of Market Traders Institute, Jared Martinez, says the cause is close to his heart, “I know three women who have struggled with the painstaking and life changing effects of breast cancer. Only two are now survivors. When it comes to being able to use the skills that we are most passionate about to help the people in our community who mean so much to us, it was a complete no-brainer for us. Even if we could help just one woman like my sister or my aunt, it would all be worth it.”
Market Traders Institute has generously committed to raise $500,000 and has already raised over $230,000 to combat the fight against breast cancer. We are proud to partner with a company that is making such a huge impact in our community.
