Kenmure Fights Cancer and AdventHealth mark 16 years of hope

For 16 years, Kenmure Fights Cancer and AdventHealth Hendersonville have partnered to bring hope, healing and whole-person care to neighbors facing cancer in Western North Carolina. This year, the Kenmure community’s generosity reached new heights, allowing them to make a record donation of $79,018.18 to support AdventHealth’s advanced care for local patients.

These vital funds will directly support the purchase of advanced equipment for AdventHealth Hendersonville’s upcoming Catheterization Lab, a vital resource that will enhance cardiac care for cancer patients who are facing heart issues brought on by chemotherapy or other impacts of their cancer diagnosis.

Kenmure Fights Cancer is a philanthropic organization based in the Kenmure Community in Flat Rock, NC. They are devoted to “remember those we have lost to cancer, honor those who have survived the battle and support those who are struggling today against this terrible disease.”
