Gordon Hospital offers exercise class for cancer patients

Gordon Hospital would like to announce the new time, days, and location of the exercise class for cancer patients. Beginning Feb. 2, classes will be held on Mondays and Thursdays from 12 to 1 pm in the Cardiac Rehabilitation Center.

Gordon Hospital is pleased to offer exercise classes for cancer patients in the greater Calhoun and Gordon County community. Exercise Physiologist Sam Shadburn will lead participants through low-intensity exercises and stretches to improve balance, strength, and overall quality of life. Please wear comfortable clothing appropriate for exercising.
