AdventHealth Medical Group is pleased to welcome Lauren Patton, PA-C to the team at Southeastern Orthopedics and Spine | AdventHealth at Hendersonville*. Lauren joins us with a deep commitment to whole-person care and a passion for building meaningful relationships with her patients.
Patton is a certified physician assistant and is excited to join with AdventHealth in a new role that allows her to serve the Hendersonville community more directly. Her care philosophy centers on compassion, collaboration and listening. These values reflect AdventHealth’s mission to extend the healing ministry of Christ.
“I believe health care chose me,” Patton shared. “My journey started in high school when I worked as a dietary aide in a skilled nursing facility. I loved talking with and caring for the residents, and that experience sparked my passion for helping others.”
Lauren’s approach to care is grounded in empathy and attentiveness.
“I keep an open mind and encourage patients to express their needs freely,” she said. “I listen actively and support them in ways that respect their individuality and beliefs.”
She also emphasized her commitment to teamwork and continuous learning:
“I may not always know the answer immediately, but I will always listen, research, collaborate and refer when needed to ensure every patient receives the best, most thorough care possible.”
