Biography

Dr. Kandula is a radiation oncologist who specializes in providing advanced radiation therapy to treat all types of cancers, including brain, head and neck, thoracic, breast, gastrointestinal, genitourinary, gynecological, sarcoma and skin cancers. He earned his medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and completed his internal medicine internship and radiation oncology residency at Emory University in Atlanta, serving as Chief Resident in his final year of training.

Dr. Kandula has participated in multiple clinical trials and authored numerous articles in peer-reviewed medical journals. His research has been selected for presentation at national medical forums, and his numerous honors include the Roentgen Resident Research Award. He is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, American Brachytherapy Society, and Society for Neuro-Oncology. Dr. Kandula is dedicated to providing the best possible cancer care by offering the most advanced treatments specifically tailored to each patient.
