Biography

Akaluck “Ben” Thatayatikom, MD, is a board-certified pediatric rheumatologist and immunologist. After graduating from Chiang Mai University in Thailand, Dr. Thatayatikom went on to complete two pediatric residencies at Chiang Mai University Hospital and at the University of Hawaii. A highly experienced clinician, Dr. Thatayatikom completed his allergy and immunology fellowship at National Jewish in Denver, and at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis for rheumatology and immunology. He was a former pediatric rheumatology/ immunology fellowship training program director at Washington University School of Medicine and at University of Florida. He completed the Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Certification in Rheumatology and is currently one of the fellowship mentors for USSONAR.
