Our AdventHealth emergency medical services (EMS) teams serve all of Northwest Georgia.
As a 911 EMS provider, we provide primary coverage to these areas with stations located throughout our zones to provide maximum coverage and speedy response times.
Since the service opened in 1989, our EMS has been known for the quality pre-hospital care we provide. We were the first service in the state to utilize clot-busting medications in the field for people experiencing heart attacks. This project became the benchmark in care for many services.
In addition to the emergency coverage we provide, we are the EMS provider for many venues in all three counties that need EMTs or paramedics present at their events.
