2023 (TUESDAY) FLAGLER County Schools FREE Sports Physicals @ FPC High School

AdventHealth is the Official Healthcare Champion of Flagler Schools and is proud to offer these FREE pre participation sports physicals and ECG screenings at both Matanzas and Flagler Palm Coast High Schools. These events are open to students from 6th -12th grade. Students may attend either Sports Physical event, no matter which Flagler School they attend.

Tuesday May 23rd, @ Flagler Palm Coast High School 800 Gymnasium, 5pm to 9pm

Wednesday May 24th @ Flagler Palm Coast High School 800 Gymnasium, 5pm to 9pm

This FREE event is made available to all Flagler School District student athletes, grades 6th and 12th. This includes: student athletes, ROTC, band members, fire fighting academy students, etc.

Please note that FREE ECG screenings will also be available during this sports physical event. No separate registration is needed. ECG screenings are not required for participation in Flagler Schools at this time but are highly recommended.

Please follow the guidelines below for a successful experience:

• Be sure to download, complete and sign all required paperwork before arrival.
• The physical and consent forms must be signed by a parent or guardian in order to receive a physical. Forms not signed by parent or guardian will be able to receive a physical.
• All athletes must register online
