N.C., — AdventHealth's New Licensed Clinical Social Worker Offers Additional Choice for Mental Health and Wellness Care
Nov. 18, 2022; HENDERSONVILLE, N.C. – AdventHealth is excited to welcome Rachel Bloomer, LCSW to her new role in the AdventHealth Medical Group Psychiatry at Medical Office Building*. Bloomer is a licensed clinical social worker who provides individualized, outpatient therapy. She brings her passion of whole-person care to her new role at AdventHealth Hendersonville.

AdventHealth’s commitment to whole-person care reflected Bloomer’s own philosophy of care. “I believe that every person is whole; not needing to be fixed,” Bloomer says, “I view my role as a witness, a supporter, and at times, a guide to the challenges they face and the changes they want to make in their lives.”
Bloomer is passionate about her role as a support to each of her patients. She views herself as a guide, working in partnership to help others achieve their goals and dreams. “I enjoy being a part of someone else’s journey,” Bloomer shares, “Witnessing someone make positive changes in their health and lives is pretty great!”
“We are committed to growing our team of compassionate mental health and wellness experts to meet the growing number of people who are reaching out for support in this aspect of their health journey,” explains Christy Sneller, MBA, Vice President of Physician Services and Chief Practice Officer for AdventHealth Hendersonville. “Rachel’s experience and her focus on coming alongside patients on this journey has her fitting right in with this team and the people coming to them for care.”
Bloomer is excited to join the team at AdventHealth Medical Group Psychiatry at Medical Office Building. She has been touched by the supportive and friendly environment that AdventHealth Hendersonville has shown her, and she is looking forward to being part of the team.
