N.C., — AdventHealth Hendersonville Expands Cancer Care Access with New Oncology Nurse Practitioner

May 3, 2022; HENDERSONVILLE, N.C. – AdventHealth is excited to welcome Nicole Crane, MSN, NP-C to its team at AdventHealth Hematology Oncology Infusion Services Asheville. Crane has been providing care as a certified nurse practitioner since 2011 with previous experience in primary care, sports medicine, oncology, emergency and specialty surgical care.

Crane has served as a registered nurse in multiple care units, such as Neurotrauma ICU, Neurosciences, and the Labor and Delivery Unit. She went on to earn her master’s degree in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner concentration from Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, NC.

Crane is highly motivated in her career and enjoys environments that require both independent decision making and team collaboration. She believes in AdventHealth’s mission of whole-person care - body, mind and spirit. She is passionate about being active in the community through volunteering at various local sporting events.

Crane adds her cancer care experience to AdventHealth’s compassionate teams caring for cancer patients at four centers across Western North Carolina. The supportive team of oncologists, radiologists, cancer surgeons and nurses provide whole-person care, at every step of the journey. AdventHealth offers the latest technology, treatment programs, and diagnostic imaging, while being part of a nationwide network of community cancer programs and advanced cancer institutes.
