DELAND, Fla., May 8, 2017 More than 150 DeLand-area faith and business leaders, as well as community members, joined Florida Hospital DeLand for the 16th annual Mayors Prayer Breakfast on May 3 at the Wayne G. Sanborn Activity Center.
Stetson University's acapella group opened the event with The Star-Spangled Banner, followed by devotions and prayer by hospital leadership, as well as area faith leaders from Greater Bethlehem Baptist Church, The Sanctuary Church, Greater Union Baptist Church, Life Point Community, First Assembly of DeLand, First United Methodist Church, Emmanuel Seventh-Day Adventist Church, St. Peter Catholic Church, Stetson Baptist Church, and Saint Barnabas Episcopal Church.
