Maybe you’ve been living with a long-term condition and could use a listening ear. Or maybe you need some help with medical expenses. Whatever your situation, AdventHealth Palm Coast is here to help. Our elderly and underprivileged neighbors can access the resources and care they need. We offer financial assistance, as well as free community health education, special clinical and non-clinical programs, and spiritual guidance. Support groups are also available to every member of our community, giving you a chance to share your stories and get answers to your questions.
