INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 2 tablespoons water
- 3 tablespoons yellow onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoons of fresh garlic, chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano teaspoon chili powder
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
- Pinch of ground bay leaf
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth (no chunks).
