INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup black beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 3 tablespoons yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoons of fresh garlic, chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Pinch of ground bay leaf

DIRECTIONS
