Chicken Waldorf Salad

This chicken Waldorf salad is not only delicious, it's easy to put together. Make this light salad for your next gathering.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 cooked skinless/boneless chicken breasts, chopped
  • 1-2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1/2 cup halved grapes
  • 1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: lemon juice to taste


  1. Place chicken, celery, apple, pecans, mayonnaise, and yogurt in a medium bowl. Mix well until combined.
  2. Add salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste.
  3. Serve on sandwich bread or over a bed of salad greens.
  4. Store leftovers in the refrigeration for up to 4 days.
