MINNEOLA, Fla. — Kay Barnett, chief executive officer of the new AdventHealth Minneola hospital, was recently featured on The Crossman Conversation podcast, hosted by John Crossman.
In the episode, she shared insights into the upcoming facility and AdventHealth’s commitment to meeting the health care needs of Central Florida’s growing communities.
Set to open in January 2026, the 204,000-square-foot hospital will become the ninth AdventHealth campus in the Central Florida region, expanding access to whole-person care in the South Lake community.
Barnett began her career with AdventHealth in 2011 and most recently served as vice president of strategy and emerging operations for the Northwest Market of AdventHealth’s Central Florida Division.
In the interview, Barnett discussed AdventHealth’s strategic approach to community growth and its mission to bring high-quality, compassionate whole-person closer to where people live and work.
