About this Event

Bloom After Birth is a nurturing space for new moms to connect, share, and grow. This bi-monthly group offers heartfelt conversation, expert insights, and practical resources to support you through the early weeks and months of parenthood. Each month begins with a gathering dedicated to community, connection, and emotional support—an open space to share your journey with others who understand. The second session features a guest expert presenting on topics that matter most to new parents and their babies, from sleep and feeding to mental wellness and development. Whether you're seeking friendship, knowledge, or simply a moment to breathe, you're not alone. Come with your baby, just as you are and leave feeling seen, heard, and uplifted. Facilitated by a Licensed Professional Counselor, this group is your gentle companion in the transition to motherhood. Groups offered the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month from 9:30am to 11:00am.

Guest speaker: Courtney Rodriguez, Certified Postpartum Doula, Lactation Educator & Sleep Educator. She has worked with over 100 postpartum families over 13 years as a doula. Courtney will facilitate an open discussion, answering your questions about newborn sleep in a non-judgmental fashion, cover multiple approaches and theories as well as general postpartum/newborn care.

Free! Registration is helpful, but not required.

Dates and times are subject to change.

Groups are held in one of the conference rooms on the main floor of the hospital, near the cafe. A reminder email with more details will be sent the day before the group.
