Our Care Concierge can help make arrangements for your family's health needs, including equipment rentals, referrals and more. And when you're here, you can access the AdventHealth network of care virtually or onsite at our new, specially designed ER.

In-Room Care at Your Home Away From Home
If you’re feeling under the weather during your Walt Disney World® Resort vacation, you can schedule an AdventHealth urgent care visit with a provider who will come to your resort hotel. AdventHealth In-Room Visits offer medical care in the comfort of your room, ensuring a convenient and seamless experience, so you can feel better, rest up and get back to the fun.
Available 8 am to 8 pm
Self-pay: $325 (includes evaluation and one test)
Additional tests, procedures and prescriptions may incur other charges
Patients are typically seen within two hours of the initial call
Patients may be referred to a local AdventHealth Centra Care after the in-room visit if additional services are required and cannot be treated in-room.

Where can I store medication that must remain cold?
Be sure to choose a room at your Disney Resort that includes a refrigerator. Bring a portable cooler to keep medications in when you are not in the room.

We’re on a babymoon. Who should I contact if I go into labor while on vacation?
Contact your primary care physician or OB to let them know. The nearest women’s care location is AdventHealth Celebration, which is located approximately 10 minutes from Walt Disney World® Resort. Call 911 in case of emergency.
Is there a lactation consultant I can contact while at Walt Disney World® Resort?
The Breastfeeding Center at AdventHealth for Women is available to new moms and is staffed by our certified lactation consultants. Please call 407-303-7650 to speak with a consultant. The Breastfeeding Center is open 9 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday.
Where can I store breast milk that must remain cold?
Be sure to choose a room at your Disney Resort that includes a refrigerator. Baby Care Centers are located within all 4 Disney theme parks. Bring a portable cooler to keep breast milk in when you are not in the room. Ice is provided at any of the Disney first aid locations in the theme parks and water parks.
What should I do in case of an urgent care need?
For all emergencies, dial 911 or seek the nearest Disney Cast Member. AdventHealth Centra Care Walk-In Urgent Care Center at Lake Buena Vista is open daily 7am - midnight, located 3 miles from Disney Springs®.
