Layered Mediterranean Hummus Dip

Enjoy This Next-Level Hummus

Level up your basic store-bought hummus with colorful layers of delicious flavor and texture provided by the simple addition of fresh Mediterranean vegetables.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 10 ounces container store-bought hummus (or ~2 1/2 cups homemade hummus)
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 1 Large English cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata or Castelvetrano olives, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Crumbled feta cheese
  • 2-3 Green onions, thinly sliced
  • To taste, drizzle of olive oil
  • To taste, sprinkle of paprika or smoked paprika


  1. Spread the hummus into a shallow 8 to 10-inch round dish. Layer with chopped tomatoes, cucumber, olives, feta, and green onions. Drizzle with olive oil and paprika.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy with whole wheat pita bread.
