Super Easy Dressing

Making your own homemade salad dressing is super easy and you’ll find it tastes much better than store-bought. This zesty dressing is a flavorful twist on a classic balsamic vinaigrette that comes together in less than five minutes. It can be stored for at least 2-3 weeks in the refrigerator.

Makes about 8 oz

Recipe Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 - 1 teaspoons lemon zest
  • Approx. 2 tablespoons lemon juice (juice of 1/2 lemon)
  • Pinch of sea salt , to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper , to taste

Preparation

Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl or pour into a jar with a lid and shake. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
