Creamy Tahini Lime Dressing
The Perfect

Healthy Sesame Dressing

This delicious creamy dressing gets its richness from sesame tahini, a paste made from toasted sesame seeds. Sesame seeds contain a rich source of healthy fats, the antioxidant vitamin E, and minerals like calcium and iron. It goes really well over everything from roasted vegetables to fresh salads.

Prep time: 5 minutes
Makes about 8 oz

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sesame tahini (made from toasted sesame seeds)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (can sub lemon juice)
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Water for consistency

In a small bowl, whisk together the tahini, lime juice, vinegar, maple syrup, salt, and pepper. Slowly add 1 tablespoon of water at a time until you reach a consistency that’s thin enough to pour. Store for up to 7 days in the refrigerator.
