Creamy Tahini Lime Dressing

The Perfect Healthy Sesame Dressing

This delicious creamy dressing gets its richness from sesame tahini, a paste made from toasted sesame seeds. Sesame seeds contain a rich source of healthy fats, the antioxidant vitamin E, and minerals like calcium and iron. It goes really well over everything from roasted vegetables to fresh salads.

Prep time: 5 minutes
Makes about 8 oz

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sesame tahini (made from toasted sesame seeds)

  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Water for consistency
