How to Submit Interest
If you are interested in participating in one or more of the initiatives listed in our Sourcing Category Watchlist, please submit your interest through our Company Profile Form.
This form allows you to:
- Select your business category and subcategory
- Indicate which initiative(s) you’re interested in (based on the Watchlist)
- Upload your capability statement and any relevant certifications
Before submitting, please review the current initiatives in our Sourcing Category Watchlist PDF. You’ll be asked to reference the initiative(s) that align with your business.
Please Note: Submitting your interest does not guarantee participation in the sourcing process. Selections will be based on strategic alignment, current needs, and timing. We appreciate your interest in working with AdventHealth. We encourage you to continue checking back for future opportunities.
