Mark Murrill has been named as the Chief Operating Officer for AdventHealth Porter. Mark looks forward to building on our legacy of whole-person care and financial strength and growth.
Mark has been a part of the AdventHealth family for more than 16 years, most recently serving at AdventHealth Hendersonville in North Carolina. He has held numerous roles in operations and strategy, striving to expand our ministry to more people by delivering the highest level of quality and experience.
Over the past few years, Mark’s role has been to lead Hendersonville’s strategic business plan, which allowed them to achieve numerous service level successes in orthopedics, cancer, cardiology, and women’s services.
“I'm excited to join the team, serve the community, and contribute to the excellent work already being done at AdventHealth Porter,” said Mark.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys playing golf, basketball, and tennis. His wife and their daughters enjoy hiking, camping, and being outdoors together. “We’ve spent the last 14 years in the Appalachian Mountains and we are excited to see how the Rockies compare,” said Mark. “I look forward to snowboarding on a mountain taller than 5,000 feet!”
We are thrilled to welcome Mark to our team as he brings passion and expertise to this role.
