Making it Simple to Manage Your Account
Patients of AdventHealth Port Charlotte, formerly ShorePoint Health Port Charlotte, can use the PersonaPay patient billing portal. This portal provides a secure platform for managing hospital bills, statements, receipts and payment plans. Once logged in using your account number and date of birth, PersonaPay allows you to view, print and download statements and payment receipts. You can also set up payment plans directly through the portal. Opting for paperless billing ensures quicker access to your statements.

A hospital stay can bring many visits and services from multiple medical providers. Services may be provided in the hospital by AdventHealth as well as by other health care practitioners who may bill you separately, like the providers below.
If you have a scheduled health care service that requires a hospital stay, we recommend contacting your anticipated health care practitioners within the hospital to confirm they participate with your insurance provider. This way, you can get information about billing practices and an estimate for your upcoming services to help avoid any unexpected challenges and fees.
