SEBRING, Fla., — Dozens of community members and several organizations came together to help support the AdventHealth Lake Placid and Wauchula Foundations during the 11th annual Clays and Camo fundraiser on Friday, May 2, 2025.
This event helps support initiatives that bring new leading-edge medical equipment, programs and projects to AdventHealth Wauchula and AdventHealth Lake Placid.
More than 120 registered shooters in teams of four participated in the event, presented by Brasfield & Gorrie, General Contractors, at the OK Corral Gun Club on NE 48th St. in Okeechobee.
The AdventHealth Lake Placid Foundation and AdventHealth Wauchula Foundation Board of Directors are grateful to the Heartland and surrounding communities for their continued support.
"We’re thrilled to be able to once again host this amazing event, where we unite to support the AdventHealth Lake Placid and AdventHealth Wauchula Foundations and celebrate our shared love of the outdoors," said Kirsten Turner, who serves as director of Foundation and Volunteer Services. "Every dollar raised through the Clays and Camo event helps AdventHealth increase health care access, bringing our communities closer together through exceptional, whole-person care."
