The 27th annual Living in Vitality Conference presented by AdventHealth will be held on Friday, September 27, 2024 at the Overland Park Convention Center.

We encourage women to gain knowledge, talk to their doctor or health care practitioner and make these important decisions on their own.

Held in person at the Overland Park Convention Center, your ticket includes a continental breakfast, elegant lunch, three keynote speakers, health screenings, 18 breakout sessions, opportunity to visit with exhibitors, swag bag and door prizes.
Whether you’re a former runner wanting to get back into shape or you’ve made a New Year’s resolution to become active, the Living in Vitality Training Team presented by AdventHealth can help you achieve your goals. This six-week exercise and conditioning program is designed for women and girls ages 12 and older and welcomes participants of all abilities. The Training Team will prepare women for completion of the Kansas City Express Mother’s Day 5K Walk/Run on May 12. Each session will combine run/walk instruction with weekly nutrition tips and information about injury prevention, technique, clothing and safety. Cost for the Training Team is $30, which includes all six sessions, a T-shirt and more!
