From August 4-5 in Napa, California, we are hosting an Advanced Robotic Urology and Prostate Cancer Event, featuring Florida Hospital’s own Dr. Vipul Patel and Dr. James Porter from the Swedish Medical Center. The event is for physicians and physician assistants, and will feature more than five sessions focusing on prostate cancer screening and surgical management, robotic surgery challenges, the future of robotic training and bladder and testes reconstruction, to name a few. Learning objectives include focal therapy, genetics and biomarkers, MRI fusion Bx and use of tissue grafts and advanced imaging in urology.
As always, our state-of-the-art digital and audio services team will be present at the event to ensure optimal quality, and our research team will have a booth to debut the Center’s Fundamentals of Robotic Surgery dome and new video game training tool.
