AdventHealth Wellness Center Orlando offers a wide range of motivating group fitness classes, including 30-minute express lunchtime classes, Les Mills® BodyPump, Dance, Yoga, Tai Chi and more.
Whether you’re looking for a high-energy cardio workout or a low-impact, core-building experience, you can choose from a variety of classes held in our conveniently located wellness center across from AdventHealth Orlando, formerly Florida Hospital Orlando.
Group fitness classes are included in all AdventHealth Wellness Center Orlando memberships.

- Sculpt & Tone
Restore flexibility, strength, and stability. An energizing and fun class includes a variety of low-impact strengthening exercises to stimulating music.
Lunge & Crunch
30 full minutes dedicated to sculpt, tone and chisel your abs and glutes.
The original Les Mills™ barbell class that sculpts, tones and strengthens your entire body, fast! This 55-minute workout challenges all of your major muscle groups by using the most effective weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weights will inspire you to achieve your desired results in no time.
You’ll perform a series of H.I.I.T. techniques combines with brief recovery periods to provide a total body workout with maximum results. This boot camp-style class will tone every inch of your body.
Yoga Flow is a moderate-paced, flowing yoga sequence to build strength and flexibility. This class has an added benefit of allowing students to unwind and relieve stress after a long day.
A beginner-level stretch class is open to seniors of all abilities, including those who require the use of a chair. The maximum number of participants limited to 12.
Yoga Express (Previously Yoga 55+)
This class focuses on strength, balance, flexibility, and mindfulness. Students should be able to move comfortably between various standing and seated yoga poses. The maximum number of participants limited to 12.
An ancient Chinese exercise form that emphasizes the natural development of mind, body, spirit. Focus on relaxation, breathing, and alignment of the body. Benefits include improved physical and mental strength, gracefulness, balance, and flexibility.
Zumba is a dance fitness program with a mix of low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. It combines all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility.
