After your medical procedure, your doctor may have given you a new diet to follow. Or you may need well-balanced meals to receive the strength your body needs for healing. In our skilled nursing facility in Tavares, Florida, you’ll receive three nutritious meals a day planned by dietitians and nurses, per your doctor’s instructions. And because we believe a healthy meal should taste good, too, we’ll work hard to prepare your food the way you like it.

Because spiritual nourishment can be just as important to your health as a well-balanced meal, our chaplains will provide the spiritual support you need, and we offer regular religious services for various faiths. As you move toward recovery, we’ll help strengthen your body, ease your mind, and lift your spirit — guiding you along the road to whole-person wellness.

When you’re recuperating at our rehab facility, there’s no need to feel isolated or bored.
