Dr. Little chose AdventHealth Ocala because of its excellent reputation for providing comprehensive patent care, diverse clinical experiences, and a supportive learning environment. Dr. Little chose to pursue a pharmacy residency to gain advanced clinical training and expertise to provide superior patient care. Additionally, he believes that the residency experience will help me develop strong problem solving and leadership skills tha are essential for a successful career in healthcare. When he's not at the hospital, Dr. Little enjoys model building and reading fiction novels. Upon completion of residency, Dr. Little plans to become a clinical pharmacist, utilizing his pharmacuetical knowledge and clinical expertise to provide patient centered care, optimize medication therapy, and contribute to improving overall healthcare outcomes.
