AdventHealth Medical Group is pleased to announce that Tom Curtis, FNP-BC, has joined AdventHealth Medical Group Family Medicine at Health Depot. With Curtis’ arrival to the care team, the clinic is now offering walk-in services and extended hours from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays.
Curtis joins Sarah Polow, DO; Macie Cable, PA-C; Tracy Hooper, FNP-BC; Brittany Prince, FNP-C; and the care team at AdventHealth Medical Group Family Medicine at Health Depot, which offers a wide range of medical services for its patients. The clinicians provide comprehensive services and solutions that help patients and families in every stage of life.
Curtis works collaboratively with you and a multidisciplinary team to accomplish the desired treatment goals with care and compassion. “I am an honest, dependable provider that is called to improve and promote healthy individuals, problem solve and establish a rapport with patients,” Curtis said.
Curtis earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of West Georgia in Carrollton. He then went on to complete a Master of Science in Nursing from Southern Adventist University in Collegedale, Tennessee. He is a highly experienced nurse practitioner who has cared for patients for more than 30 years.
Outside of caring for his patients, he enjoys cooking, fishing, boating, and spending time with family and friends.
