- Texas Health Huguley Hospital
Sean Lemon has been appointed to the position of vice president of ancillary services for Texas Health Huguley Hospital. Lemon currently serves as director of strategic planning, multi-state division for AdventHealth in Orlando, Florida. He will begin his new role on January 5, 2020, and will oversee departmental operations for laboratory, radiology, therapy services, human resources, occupational medicine, fitness center, community wellness, nutrition, marketing, and the Texas Health Huguley Surgery Center.
"Sean's ability to build relationships, problem solve and empower people to achieve their goals make him a great fit for our culture," said Ken Finch, president/CEO of Texas Health Huguley and AdventHealth Southwest Region. "This, in combination with his outstanding leadership skills and experience with outpatient services, will make him a great addition to Texas Health Huguley and its leadership team."
Lemon began his career with AdventHealth in 2011 as a marketing and business development intern before becoming a physician liaison for neuroscience, orthopedics and sports medicine. He later served as assistant director of neuroscience at AdventHealth Central Florida.
"I'm thrilled to be continuing my career with AdventHealth and to now be a part of the successful partnership with Texas Health Resources," said Lemon. "After many positive years of working with the Texas Health Huguley leadership team on strategic planning, this move was an easy decision."
Lemon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Sciences from Southern Adventist University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. He is married to Jacque, his high school sweetheart, and they are parents to a 3-year-old son. Lemon enjoys spending time with his family and is looking forward to his move to Texas.
