Dr. Mathew Biskup, an accomplished otolaryngologist and head and neck surgeon, has joined AdventHealth Medical Group and will operate at AdventHealth Daytona Beach.

Biskup has been recognized throughout his career for his contributions to medicine and academics, including authoring numerous publications and presentations.
His expertise includes advanced surgical procedures in the head and neck region, including treating melanoma and other skin cancers, in addition to thyroid, parathyroid, and salivary gland surgeries for both cancer and benign conditions. He also specializes in treating tumors in the mouth, nose, neck, and throat together with non-invasive laser airway surgery and transoral robotic surgery.
“I am honored to join AdventHealth Daytona Beach and be part of the exceptional care team here,” said Biskup. “My focus is on advanced head and neck cancer treatment, including complex and microvascular reconstruction surgery, and I’m passionate about expanding the comprehensive care available in our community.”
Biskup earned his medical degree from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. He completed his residency in otolaryngology — head and neck surgery at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, where he served as chief resident. Following his residency, Biskup pursued a fellowship in head and neck ablation and reconstruction at AdventHealth Celebration in Celebration, Fla.
