During the Mommy and More Expo, physicians, pre-natal education experts and lactation specialists will be available to answer questions. Tours will be given of the Labor and Delivery area and attendees will virtually tour the Center for Women and Children’s state of the art expansion and upcoming Pediatric section of the new Emergency Department.
This fun event is an opportunity to celebrate together with expectant moms and families and to share our expansion plans. Attendees will learn about additional resources and educational opportunities alike, said Anita Young, Chief Operating Officer, AdventHealth Waterman. We are pleased to bring experts in mother, baby and pediatric care together so parents and potential parents have access to the best information and a whole care experience all in one place.
Hors d’ oeuvres, kid-friendly snacks, balloon animals and Kids Corner activities will be available for children and many local vendors will also be present.
Door prizes will be awarded throughout the event, including gift certificates, gift baskets, diapers and baby-centric merchandise. Prizes will also include services like photography sessions, baby stroller, car seat, six-month supply of diapers and pack and play.
Car seat checks will be provided by City of Tavares Fire Department and to make things a little easier, free valet will be available as well!
