DAYTONA BEACH, Fla., August 18, 2017 Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center has selected Darla Fish to serve as the director of cardiovascular and cardiopulmonary services.
In this role, she will be responsible for overseeing the cardiovascular units, including cardiac catheterization lab and electrophysiology, interventional radiology, cardiac rehabilitation, and cardiac procedures unit, as well as the cardiopulmonary units including respiratory, echocardiogram, and electrocardiogram at both Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center in Daytona Beach and Florida Hospital Oceanside in Ormond Beach.
Fish has more than 20 years of medical practice management experience and 11 years of hospital experience in a variety of leadership roles. She most recently served as the administrative director of cardiovascular services at Delray Medical Center in Florida.
An Ormond Beach resident, Fish earned a bachelors degree in healthcare administration, as well as both bachelors and masters degrees in nursing. Additionally, she earned a Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification from the American Association of Critical Care Nurses.
From 2016-2017, she served as board member of the Palm Beach County American Association of Critical Care Nurses chapter.
