AdventHealth Manchester is proud to recognize Felicia Morgan Bailey , a valued member of the Registration team, as a recent recipient of the SUNFLOWER Award, an honor celebrating team members who consistently demonstrate kindness, excellence, and whole‑person care.
Felicia was nominated for the compassion and dedication she shows every day to both patients and fellow team members. One nominator shared that whenever they call registration with a question or concern, Felicia is quick to help—either resolving the issue immediately or finding the right answer with care and confidence.
“I know whenever she answers the phone that she will get to the bottom of whatever needs to be done,” the nominator wrote. “I appreciate her kindness not only to patients, but to employees as well. I cannot thank her enough for always being so helpful in any situation we may encounter.”
The SUNFLOWER Award recognizes non‑clinical team members who embody AdventHealth’s mission of Extending the Healing Ministry of Christ through acts of service, compassion, and teamwork. Felicia’s calm presence, problem‑solving skills, and genuine care make a meaningful difference for those she serves—often at moments when reassurance and clarity matter most.
“Felicia truly represents the heart of AdventHealth,” said a representative from AdventHealth Manchester. “Her willingness to listen, help, and go the extra mile reflects our commitment to helping people feel whole—body, mind, and spirit.”
AdventHealth Manchester congratulates Felicia on this well‑deserved recognition and thanks her for the positive impact she makes every day.
