PALM COAST, Fla., March 19, 2019 – On March 12, the Flagler County Corvette Club donated $2,273 to the AdventHealth Palm Coast Foundation’s Pink Army.
The Flagler County Corvette Club raised the money throughout the year at car shows and the annual “Corvettes at the Beach” event in Flagler Beach.
The local group decided to support the AdventHealth Palm Coast Foundation’s Pink Army due to their history with Tom Gibbs Chevrolet.
“The Corvette Club has a long-standing relationship with Tom Gibbs Chevrolet, so supporting Nancy Gibbs' passion for the Pink Army was a natural extension of that relationship,” said Steve Wolfe, President of the Flagler County Corvette Club. “We are proud to stand with the mission of the Pink Army.”
The AdventHealth Palm Coast Foundation’s Pink Army raises funds and awareness for the importance of screenings. The funds directly support qualified women – and men – in the area that need mammograms and other diagnostic procedures.
