In this position, Boyce will oversee the strategic direction, future expansion and development of the organization’s skilled nursing facilities, which currently include eight facilities in Central Florida and one each in Texas and Kansas. Boyce will report directly to Sandra Johnson, executive vice president and chief administrative officer for AdventHealth.
“Keith is an experienced and mission-led leader whose contributions to the organization will greatly serve the delivery of whole-person care across our system,” said Johnson. “I have no doubt that he will work collaboratively with our leaders and team members to provide excellent and connected clinical care that ensures our teams and communities feel whole.”

He has served as facility administrator, regional vice president, divisional business development director and vice president overseeing a continuing care retirement community.
“I’m beyond excited to join AdventHealth and I look forward to collaborating with various leaders throughout the organization in the advancement of our mission and brand promise,” Boyce said. “The team members at AdventHealth Care Centers and I will work together to build on our current strengths and develop future opportunities so those we serve can experience a sense of wholeness.”
