Gordon Hospital Named a Great Place to Work in Healthcare in 2016

Adventist Health System, which includes Gordon Hospital, was recognized in Becker's Healthcare's 2016 "150 Great Places to Work in Healthcare" list. The list of organizations features both U.S. healthcare provider organizations as well as other types of healthcare specific companies.

"To be recognized once again as a great place to work in healthcare is an honor," said Pete Weber, Gordon Hospital president and CEO. The organizations included in this years list were chosen based on recognition previously earned for workplace excellence, as well as benefits offerings, wellness initiatives, and efforts to improve professional development, diversity and inclusion, work-life balance, and a sense of community among employees.
