ROME, Ga. — AdventHealth Medical Group Primary Care at John Maddox Drive is welcoming patients in Northwest Georgia, bringing whole-person primary care closer to home.
The practice, which opened Sept. 8, offers preventive care, chronic disease management, wellness visits and personalized treatment plans to support adults in living their healthiest lives.

Katlyn Zavala, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based, whole-person care for adults. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University and completed her residency in internal medicine at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Chattanooga.
Savannah Stevens is a family nurse practitioner committed to providing compassionate, whole-person care for adult and geriatric patients. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Jacksonville State University and brings extensive experience in primary care, internal medicine and critical care nursing.
Charma Cochran is a nurse practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care for adults and geriatric patients. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Georgia State University and has extensive experience improving patient outcomes through collaborative, high-quality care.
