DAYTONA BEACH, Fla., October 24, 2017 Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center selected EMPros as the physicians of quarter for the work they did during Hurricane Irma.
EMPros is an Ormond Beach-based, emergency medicine physician practice that staffs Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Centers emergency department.
During Hurricane Irma, the EMPros group of emergency medicine physicians cared for more than 650 patients over the span of three days.
Our EMPros physicians are an incredible team of emergency medicine doctors. Day-in and day-out, they care for both adults and children during their time of need in our 53-bed emergency department, said Ed Noseworthy, Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center CEO. Their dedication to our hospitals mission is exemplary and their commitment to the community during Hurricane Irma was truly inspirational.
