Cold and flu season: Symptoms and prevention strategies

In the latest episode of the Inspiring Wholeness podcast, AdventHealth Centra Care Medical Director Tim Hendrix, MD, explains the symptoms of and the prevention strategies for the "quad-demic" of illnesses currently going around in Central Florida.

"We are seeing a significant increase in the number of patients coming into CentraCare," Dr. Hendrix said. "It's the winter months where there's an increase in flu, RSV, COVID-19 and Norovirus."
