AdventHealth celebrates opening of AdventHealth Medical Group Primary Care at Bluhawk

AdventHealth South Overland Park and AdventHealth Medical Group hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, April 8, to officially open the new AdventHealth Medical Group Primary Care at Bluhawk. Patients of this clinic, located at 7840 W. 165th Street, Overland Park, KS 66223, will be treated by family medicine and sports medicine physician Andrew Johnson, MD, and a dedicated team of advanced practice professionals.

“Not only is AdventHealth adding more primary care medicine services to the rapidly growing south Overland Park community, we’re adding sports medicine services to help patients of all ages who are active in sports and physical well-being feel whole so they can play at their best,” said Dallas Purkeypile, president and CEO of AdventHealth South Overland Park.

Dr. Johnson provides the full spectrum of care for patients of all ages. He draws on his sports medicine education to keep patients functioning at the level they desire for as long as possible.
