ORLANDO, Fla. — AdventHealth has named Caitlin Lewis CEO of AdventHealth East Orlando, effective Feb. 2, 2026.
Lewis has served as chief operating officer at AdventHealth East Orlando for the past three years. With more than 15 years of experience at AdventHealth, she has held a variety of leadership roles, beginning her career in human resources before transitioning into operational leadership. Prior to her current role, Lewis was the COO at AdventHealth Winter Park. Throughout her career, Lewis has been guided by a commitment to serving patients, families and care teams through compassionate, whole-person care.
“I am pleased to welcome Caitlin as the new CEO of AdventHealth East Orlando. Her proven leadership, deep understanding of the health care landscape and commitment to whole-person care will strengthen our mission of Extending the Healing Ministry of Christ and delivering exceptional care to those we serve,” said Doug Harcombe, CEO of the AdventHealth Central Florida Division South Market.
At AdventHealth East Orlando, Lewis has led several initiatives to bring care closer to home, including launching gynecologic surgical services, electrophysiology cardiac care and plastic surgery. She has also supported her teams through major campus enhancements, such as a $14 million operating room expansion and a $13.5 million parking garage. These efforts have expanded access, improved the care environment and helped patients and families receive the services they need in spaces designed to support healing and comfort.
“I am excited to lead the team at East Orlando, where caregivers are dedicated to delivering exceptional whole-person care. Together, we will continue caring for patients and families with compassion while supporting our team members as we live out AdventHealth’s mission every day,” Lewis said.
Lewis holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in health service administration from the University of Central Florida.
