AdventHealth is pleased to announce the appointment of Wilky Briette, MA, as Vice President of Human Resources and Chief People Officer for AdventHealth Hendersonville and AdventHealth Polk. In this expanded leadership role, Briette will guide the people strategy for both hospitals and AdventHealth Medical Group, with a focus on growing the workforce to support the future opening of a third hospital in Buncombe County.
Briette brings more than a decade of experience in human resources leadership within AdventHealth, most recently serving as Director of Human Resources, Employee Health and Team Member Well-Being at AdventHealth Waterman. There, he championed initiatives that enhanced team member engagement, optimized talent development, and strengthened workplace culture.

In his new role, Briette will oversee Talent Acquisition, Team Member Engagement, Team Member Promises, and retention strategies across the region. His leadership will help ensure that team members feel supported, valued and empowered to deliver exceptional care.
